Policies & Fine Print

Recommended Jewelry Care:

Kelly Jacobson’s silver jewelry is hand made with an anti-tarnish alloy that has also been rhodium plated. This combination makes the pieces extremely easy to wear and tarnish resistant. With the exception of the gym, pool and direct exposure to chemicals (this includes some hair sprays and perfumes) your pieces are designed for normal daily wear and have exceptional anti-tarnish properties. If your piece is sweaty, dirty or wet, please wipe down with a soft jewelry cloth. If for some reason you decide not to wear your piece for an extended period of time, please store in a clean, dry, and chemical free environment.

Custom and Special Orders:

Kelly Jacobson Studios specializes in creating a one-of-a-kind and custom pieces. Please reach out to me directly for an estimate. My studio is not currently open to the public but I'm happy to set up a meeting with you either in person or via zoom. Please note that custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery, occasionally longer during summer show season or the holiday rush. 

Any item can be made in any material in any size. Please reach out to me with questions or to get an estimate. I've tried my best to make the website easy to navigate but I'd rather be working in the studio so please let me know if you aren't finding what you are looking for. 

 

Repair Policy:

Kelly Jacobson Studios is happy to repair any of our own merchandise. Our policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects.  Within the first 180 days of purchase, repairs are free of charge. However, products which have been modified, adjusted, repaired, refinished or altered in any way by a third party jeweler will void the free repair warranty.  Kelly Jacobson Studios will also gladly repair an item at any time after purchase. An estimate will be given upon inspection.

 

Return Policy:

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. I will accept returns of full priced, in-stock items provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. I will accept exchanges of sale priced and in-stock items provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Exceptions will be made to accommodate the holiday season and/or other gift giving. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I must be contacted prior to shipping item in order to receive a refund or exchange.

All items marked final sale are final sale.

I ship all items USPS unless otherwise stated. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me. I do offer expedited and rush shipping on most items for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact me with questions. Items are shipped in gift packaging and a tracking number is provided prior to shipping
